Kalinchowk Darshan Promoter Plans to Sell Over 600,000 Shares
Major promoter shareholder Guru Prasad Adhikari plans to sell 601,230 shares of Kalinchowk Darshan through the secondary market within the next three months.

Guru Prasad Adhikari, a major promoter shareholder of Kalinchowk Darshan Limited, has announced plans to sell 601,230 shares of the company.
The company issued the notice in accordance with directives from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) under Section 84(1) of the Securities Act, 2063.
Under the regulatory provision, major shareholders planning to sell 5% or more of their shareholding are required to provide the company with at least 15 days’ advance notice before the sale.
Following an application submitted by Adhikari, Kalinchowk Darshan has confirmed that the proposed shares will be sold through the secondary stock market within the next three months.
The company has forwarded the notice to the market regulator as part of the required disclosure process.
The planned sale represents a significant shareholding transaction and will be closely watched by investors given Adhikari’s status as a major promoter shareholder of the company.
