Kumari Bank Opens Sale of 78,677 Promoter Shares to General Public
Kumari Bank has opened the sale of 78,677 promoter shares to the general public after existing promoter shareholders did not purchase the shares within the designated period.

Kumari Bank Limited has opened the sale of 78,677 promoter shares to the general public. The bank had initially offered the shares to its existing promoter shareholders by issuing a 35-day notice in accordance with the provision giving them the first priority to purchase promoter shares.
