Kumari Capital Declares Dividends for Three Mutual Funds, Book Closure on Bhadra 4
Kumari Capital has announced cash dividends of up to 10% for unit holders of Kumari Equity Fund, Kumari Dhanbriddhi Yojana, and Kumari Sabal Yojana.

Kumari Capital Limited has announced cash dividend distributions for unit holders of three mutual fund schemes managed under the Kumari Mutual Fund.
The three schemes—Kumari Equity Fund, Kumari Dhanbriddhi Yojana, and Kumari Sabal Yojana—will distribute cash dividends ranging from 2.90% to 10% (including tax).
According to the announcement, unit holders of Kumari Equity Fund will receive a 10% cash dividend, amounting to Rs. 100 million, while Kumari Dhanbriddhi Yojana unit holders will also receive a 10% cash dividend, totaling approximately Rs. 122.5 million.
Similarly, Kumari Sabal Yojana unit holders will receive a 2.90% cash dividend, amounting to approximately Rs. 21.6 million, including tax.
For the purpose of dividend distribution, the book closure date has been fixed for Bhadra 4. Investors who hold units by the end of trading on Bhadra 3 will be eligible to receive the announced dividends.
Kumari Capital has also requested unit holders who have pledged their mutual fund units as collateral to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or release letter from the concerned bank or financial institution. The dividend will be credited only after the required documents are received.
