Mount Everest Power Development Limited has set today (Baisakh 23) as the final day to apply for its IPO issued to Nepalis employed abroad.
The company had opened the issue on Baisakh 17, offering 172,000 shares to foreign-employed Nepali investors.
Applicants are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.
NIMB Ace Capital is the issue manager for this IPO. The company had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Baisakh 2.
