Last Day to Apply for Mount Everest Power IPO as Demand Surpasses Supply by 18 Times
Today is the final day to apply for Mount Everest Power Development Limited's IPO.

Mount Everest Power Development Limited's Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public closes today, marking the final opportunity for investors to submit applications.
The company had opened the issuance of 1,427,600 ordinary shares to the public on June 17. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares through C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions or via the Mero Share platform.
The IPO issue manager is NIMB Ace Capital Limited.
According to CDSC data, as of Sunday evening, a total of 2,383,488 applicants had applied for the IPO. Applications have been received for 26,119,720 shares worth approximately NPR 2.61 billion.
The total demand is 18.29 times higher than the number of shares offered, highlighting strong investor interest in the company's public offering.
