Today, Ashadh 2, marks the final day for investors to apply for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Sarbottam Paints Industries Limited.

The company opened the IPO for the general public on Jestha 28, offering a total of 705,500 ordinary shares. Investors are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 5,000 shares.

The issue is being managed by Global IME Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager.

According to CDSC data, by Monday evening, a total of 2,463,429 applicants had submitted applications for the IPO. These investors collectively applied for 26,743,640 shares worth approximately Rs. 2.67 billion.

The demand is 37.90 times higher than the number of shares offered, highlighting strong investor interest and significant oversubscription of the issue.
