Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited IPO application closes today (Baisakh 8). The company had issued 3,474,900 units of shares to the general public starting from Baisakh 3.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 11,000 units. The issue manager for the IPO is NMB Capital Limited.

Earlier, the company had already completed the allotment of shares reserved for Nepali workers abroad. The IPO issuance was approved by Securities Board of Nepal on Falgun 17.

According to CDS and Clearing Limited, as of Monday evening, a total of 2,517,763 applicants had applied for the IPO. The total demand stands at 28,870,330 units worth Rs. 2.88 Arba.

This indicates an oversubscription of 8.30 times compared to the total shares issued, reflecting strong investor interest.
