Last Day to Apply for Two IPOs: Who Can Apply and How Much Can You Invest?

Today marks the last day to apply for the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) issued by two companies: Yambaling Hydropower Limited and Everest Color Limited. Both companies opened their IPOs for subscription on Baisakh 16 and will close today, Baisakh 22.
Yambaling Hydropower Limited has issued 1,743,000 ordinary shares to the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 21,000 shares. The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Muktinath Capital Limited.
Similarly, Everest Color Limited has issued its IPO specifically targeting Nepali citizens working abroad. The company has offered 79,000 shares at NPR 100 per share for those who have obtained labor approval and are currently employed overseas. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 7,000 shares. Muktinath Capital Limited is also managing this IPO issuance.
Interested investors are advised to submit their applications within office hours today, as no applications will be accepted after the deadline.
