Last Day to Secure Sanima GIC Insurance Dividend: 5% Bonus and 0.26% Cash Proposed
Today is the final day to secure the proposed dividend of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited, which includes 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend.
Today, Baisakh 22, marks the last day for investors to secure the proposed dividend of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited. The company has decided to close its book on Baisakh 23 for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Only shareholders maintained until today will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
The company has called its AGM for Jestha 6, where the dividend and other agenda items will be presented for approval. From the profit of the fiscal year 2024/25 (2081/82 BS), the company has proposed a 5% bonus share and 0.2632% cash dividend (for tax purposes), totaling 5.2632%.
The dividend distribution will proceed only after approval from the AGM. Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 2.15 billion.
