Lock-in Period for 77,500 Super Khudi Hydropower Shares to End on Bhadra 16

Super Khudi Hydropower Limited has announced that the lock-in period for 77,500 ordinary shares allocated to collective investment schemes (mutual funds) will expire on Bhadra 16.

According to the company, these shares represent 5% of the IPO allocation reserved for mutual funds, and the mandatory lock-in period is set to end on the specified date.

Under Nepal’s prevailing securities regulations, shares allocated to collective investment schemes during an Initial Public Offering (IPO) must remain locked in for six months from the date of share allotment.

Once the lock-in period expires, the mutual funds holding these shares will be free to trade them on the secondary market.

The release of these shares may increase market liquidity and could have a short-term impact on trading activity, depending on market conditions and investor sentiment.
