Mahottari Survey Office Makes ‘Mero Kitta’ Mandatory for Banks Seeking Map Services
The Mahottari Survey Office has announced that map-related services for banks and financial institutions will now be provided exclusively through the Mero Kitta online system starting from Asar 8.

Gaushala Survey Office has announced that map-related services for banks and financial institutions will now be provided exclusively through the Mero Kitta platform.
According to a public notice issued by the office, the new arrangement will come into effect from Asar 8, requiring all map-related requests from banks and financial institutions to be processed through institutional user accounts on the online system.
The office stated that the move aims to make service delivery more systematic, transparent, efficient, and technology-friendly.
Under the new system, banks and financial institutions will no longer need to visit the office physically for most map-related services. Instead, they will be able to access services through the online platform, reducing administrative hassles and improving service efficiency.
Officials believe the digital system will help provide faster and more convenient access to land map information while strengthening transparency in public service delivery.
