Ram Prasad Timalsina, a major shareholder of Manakamana Engineering Hydropower Limited, is planning to sell 460,208 shares held in his name.

According to the company, Timalsina submitted an application on Ashwin 22, 2083, expressing his intention to sell the shares within the next three months.

The Securities Board of Nepal requires major shareholders who intend to sell 5% or more of their shareholding to provide prior notice at least 15 days before the sale, in accordance with its directives.

Timalsina’s planned sale involves 460,208 shares. The process will proceed based on the relevant disclosures and applicable requirements.
