Medical Entrepreneur Durga Prasai Released on General Bail Following Parsa District Court Order

Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai has been released after the Parsa District Court ordered his release on general bail.

Police had previously filed charges against Prasai under cybercrime and offenses against the state. He was arrested a few days earlier from Hotel Diyalo in Birgunj in connection with these allegations.

Following the court’s decision, he has now been released on general bail as legal proceedings continue.
