Miteri Development Bank Proposes 11% Dividend for Shareholders

Miteri Development Bank Limited has proposed distributing an 11% dividend to its shareholders from its profit and accumulated profit for the fiscal year 2082/83.

The bank’s 276th board meeting proposed the dividend based on its current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.9131 billion.

The proposed dividend consists of a 5% bonus share and a 6% cash dividend, including applicable taxes, according to the bank.

The proposed dividend will require approval from Nepal Rastra Bank before distribution. Following regulatory approval, the proposal must also be approved by the bank’s upcoming 21st Annual General Meeting.

The dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after approval from the Annual General Meeting and completion of the required regulatory process.
