Party officials said the number of applicants has exceeded expectations, with more than 400 candidates competing for the 99 available positions.
Under RSP’s election framework, members will first elect 99 central committee representatives. In the second phase, office bearers, including the chairperson, vice chairs, and general secretaries, will be selected from among the elected central committee members.
The party has adopted an electronic voting system for the election process. Representatives residing abroad will be able to cast their votes through a dedicated mobile application.
