Nabil Bank Opens Five Branches for Dashain New Note Exchange
Nabil Bank will exchange and distribute new and clean banknotes for Dashain 2083 from five branches across the Kathmandu Valley from Ashwin 27 to 29, between 10 AM and 3 PM.
Nabil Bank Limited has started exchanging and distributing new and clean banknotes for the upcoming Dashain festival, beginning Ashwin 27, 2083. The service will be available to the general public until Ashwin 29 through five branches across the Kathmandu Valley.
The arrangement follows the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank to distribute small-denomination new and clean banknotes through commercial banks ahead of the festival.
According to Nabil Bank, customers can exchange banknotes at its Kantipath, Balkhu, and Banasthali branches in Kathmandu. The service will also be available at the Chyasal branch in Lalitpur and the Duwakot branch in Bhaktapur.
The bank has stated that the exchange service will operate only from 10 AM to 3 PM. People planning to exchange notes for Dashain are advised to visit one of the designated branches during the specified hours.
