Nabil Bank to Hold 42nd AGM on October 8, Proposes 10.80% Cash Dividend
Nabil Bank has called its 42nd Annual General Meeting for October 8, 2026, proposing a 10.80% cash dividend for ordinary shareholders and an 8% dividend for preference shareholders

Nabil Bank Limited has convened its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve dividend distribution, financial statements for fiscal year 2082/83 and other key corporate proposals.
The decision was made during the bank’s 713th meeting of the Board of Directors. The AGM is scheduled for Ashoj 22, 2083, corresponding to October 8, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The bank has proposed a 10.80% cash dividend for ordinary shareholders, amounting to NPR 2.922 billion. It has also proposed an 8% cash dividend for non-cumulative preference shareholders, amounting to NPR 233.42 million.
The AGM will also consider a special proposal to issue 4% bonus shares worth NPR 1.353 billion and increase the bank’s authorized capital to NPR 34 billion.
Other agenda items include approval of the annual financial statements for FY 2082/83, appointment of auditors and the election of three directors representing promoter shareholders.
The bank has also proposed authorizing its Board of Directors to pursue merger or acquisition opportunities with suitable financial institutions.
For dividend eligibility and participation in the AGM, Nabil Bank will close its books for one day on Ashoj 14, 2083. Shareholders holding the bank’s shares up to Ashoj 13, 2083, will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed cash dividends.
