Nabil Investment Banking Calls 17th AGM on Ashwin 20
Nabil Investment Banking has called its 17th AGM for Ashwin 20 with shareholders set to vote on financial statements, a 10% bonus share and 11.05% cash dividend proposal.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has called its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 20, 2083.
The AGM will be held at the 3rd floor of Central Plaza, Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will discuss and endorse the company's financial and audit-related matters for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Key agendas of the AGM include the endorsement of the financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with the auditor's report, profit and loss statements, financial reports and cash flow statements.
Shareholders will also vote on the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a 10% bonus share worth Rs. 40.50 crore.
Alongside the bonus shares, the company has proposed an 11.05263158% cash dividend worth Rs. 44.76 crore, including applicable taxes.
The AGM will also approve the appointment of the auditor for FY 2083/84 and determine the auditor's remuneration.
The company has set Ashwin 8, 2083 as the book closure date for the AGM.
