Supreme Wine Nepal has appointed National Capital Limited as the Issue and Sales Manager for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The agreement was signed on Thursday during a ceremony held at National Capital's head office in Panipokhari, Kathmandu, in the presence of representatives from both organizations.

Representing Supreme Wine Nepal were Chairperson Ranjita Manandhar, Managing Director Naresh Amatya, and Executive Director Gokarna Karki, along with other senior officials. Senior executives from National Capital also attended the signing ceremony.

Established in 2015 (2072 BS), Supreme Wine Nepal has built a strong presence in the domestic market through its premium and fruit wine brands, including Akira and Sub Marine. The company's head office is located in Budhanilkantha-3, Kathmandu.

According to the company, the capital raised through the IPO will be invested in expanding production capacity, strengthening brand presence, and achieving long-term business objectives.

The company also plans to diversify its business by investing in the agri-tourism sector in the near future, supporting sustainable growth and business expansion.

National Capital Limited, a subsidiary of National Life Insurance Company, will manage the entire IPO process, including regulatory coordination and the public share issuance.
