National Hydropower Company Limited has announced its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for July 15.
National Hydropower Company Limited has announced that it will hold its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 15. According to the company's board decision, the meeting will take place at 11:00 AM at Amritbhog Catering, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report for fiscal year 2024/25, audited financial statements, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, and the auditor’s report.
Shareholders will also consider the appointment of an external auditor for the upcoming fiscal year and determine the auditor’s remuneration. In addition, the agenda includes the election of seven board members, including one female director.
For AGM purposes, the company has decided to close its share register for one day on June 30. Shareholders recorded in NEPSE by June 29 will be eligible to attend and vote at the meeting.
