National Microfinance Announces 15% Dividend With Bonus and Cash
National Microfinance has announced a total 15% dividend for shareholders, consisting mainly of bonus shares with a small cash component.
National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMFBS) has announced a dividend distribution for its shareholders from profits earned in the previous fiscal year.
The microfinance institution will distribute a total dividend of 15% based on its paid-up capital. This includes 14.25% in bonus shares and 0.75% in cash dividend for tax purposes.
The dividend proposal was approved during a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Poush 1.
The proposed dividend distribution is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Following regulatory clearance and shareholder approval, the dividend will be distributed to eligible shareholders in accordance with prevailing regulations.
