Nepal Infrastructure Bank Sets Book Closure for 5.2632% Cash Dividend, Calls AGM
Nepal Infrastructure Bank has called its 8th AGM for Ashwin 23 and proposed a 5.2632% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.14 billion for FY 2082/83.
Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has called its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 23, 2083.
The AGM will be held at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.
One of the key agendas of the AGM is the endorsement of a 5.2632% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company’s 191st Board of Directors meeting, held on Bhadra 14, had proposed the dividend based on the bank’s paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 arba. The proposed cash dividend, including applicable taxes, is worth Rs. 1,13,68,51,200.
The AGM will also consider the endorsement of the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statements, financial statements and cash flow statement for FY 2082/83. The appointment of an auditor for FY 2083/84 is also on the agenda.
The company has fixed Poush 6, 2083 as the book closure date. Shareholders maintained on the company’s records before the book closure date will be eligible for the proposed dividend and participation in the AGM.
