Nepal Life Holds Business Excellence Conference
Nepal Life Insurance concluded a two-day Business Excellence Conference in Kathmandu, bringing together more than 250 sales and marketing employees to review performance and set targets for the new fiscal year.

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has concluded a two-day Business Excellence Conference in Kathmandu, bringing together more than 250 sales and marketing employees from across the country.
The conference was held at Hotel Yak & Yeti from Bhadra 1 to 2, 2083, under the theme “Lead, Aspire, Evolve.” The event focused on reviewing the company’s performance, recognising employees and branches, and strengthening the organisation’s approach toward its targets for the new fiscal year.
The conference was inaugurated by senior directors Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, Bimal Prasad Dhakal and Prabin Prakash Khatri, along with Chief Executive Officer Praveen Raman Parajuli.
Speaking at the event, Agrawal highlighted the company’s 25-year journey and its recent business performance. Nepal Life collected more than Rs. 13 billion in First Premium Income (FPI) in FY 2082/83, marking a new milestone for the company.
The achievement was highlighted as an important milestone as the company enters another year of operations and seeks to strengthen its position in Nepal’s life insurance market.
CEO Praveen Raman Parajuli thanked employees for their contribution to the company’s performance during the previous fiscal year. He also called on employees to maintain greater discipline, commitment and focus while working toward the company’s targets for FY 2083/84.
The conference provided an opportunity for employees from different parts of the country to discuss business performance and align their efforts with the company’s objectives for the upcoming fiscal year.
The programme also focused on recognising employees and branches that delivered strong results during FY 2082/83. The event concluded with the distribution of certificates and awards across 14 different categories.
The awards recognised top-performing employees, branches and sub-branches for their contribution to the company’s business performance.
The company said the conference was aimed at strengthening teamwork, recognising performance and encouraging employees to pursue higher business targets in the coming fiscal year.
