Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has honored 1,064 top-performing agents and agency managers under its ‘Star Award 2082-83’ program. The company organized the award programs in Itahari, Bardibas, Butwal, Narayangarh, Kathmandu, Dhangadhi, Surkhet and Pokhara.

The programs were held from Ashwin 4 to Ashwin 15, with a total of 2,581 agents and agency managers participating. Along with recognizing top performers, the events also included sales and motivational training sessions.

Sales trainer Kishu Jha conducted training sessions across all eight locations. Speaking at the events, Nepal Life CEO Praveen Raman Parajuli said the company’s agent network plays an important role in business growth and maintaining relationships with customers. He encouraged agents to focus on professionalism, discipline and responsibility.

National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel congratulated the award recipients and encouraged them to continue their work with greater commitment and professionalism. The Star Award program also provided agents with opportunities to gain knowledge, share experiences and improve their professional skills.
