Nepal Lube Oil Proposes 21.05264% Dividend, Calls AGM for Ashwin 19
Nepal Lube Oil has proposed a 21.05264% dividend for FY 2082/83, comprising 15% bonus shares and 6.05264% cash dividend, subject to AGM and regulatory approval.

Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) has proposed a 21.05264% dividend for FY 2082/83 and scheduled its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Ashwin 19, 2083.
The company’s 391st board meeting, held on Bhadra 27, proposed 15% bonus shares and a 6.05264% cash dividend for shareholders. Nepal Lube Oil currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. 7.29 crore.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM and other applicable regulatory requirements.
The 35th AGM will be held on Ashwin 19, 2083, at 11:30 AM at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.
The meeting will consider the company’s financial statements for FY 2082/83, annual report, auditor’s report, and the consolidated financial statements of its subsidiaries, NLOL Energy Ltd. and NLOL Synergy Ltd.
The AGM will also seek approval for the company’s proposed 1:2 rights share issue, which has already been submitted to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for approval.
Following the proposed bonus and rights share issues, the company plans to increase its authorized, issued, and paid-up capital.
The company has set Ashwin 5, 2083 as the book closure date. Shareholders maintained on the shareholder register before the book closure date will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
