Nepal Micro Insurance Company Limited has postponed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) that was scheduled to be held on Baishakh 10. The decision was made as the company was unable to conduct the meeting on the निर्धारित date.

According to the board meeting held on Baishakh 4, the AGM has been deferred until further notice.

The meeting agenda included approval of the annual report for fiscal year 2081/82, along with discussions on the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statements.

Additionally, proposals regarding the appointment of an external auditor for fiscal year 2082/83, determination of remuneration, and approval of CSR expenditures were also included in the agenda.

The company had already closed its book on Chaitra 26 for AGM purposes. A new date for the meeting will be announced through a future notice.
