Nepal Telecom (NTC) has introduced a subscription-based recurring model for prepaid mobile customers, allowing users to enjoy uninterrupted services through automatic monthly package renewals.
Under the new system, customers only need to activate their preferred package once. If sufficient balance is available in their prepaid account, the selected package will automatically renew every 30 days without requiring manual re-subscription.
The telecom operator has launched three monthly recurring plans:
Namaste Recurring 299 – Priced at Rs 299, the package includes 300 minutes of all-network voice calls, 4 GB of anytime data, 2 GB of night data (usable between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM), and 20 on-net SMS.
Namaste Recurring 499 – Available for Rs 499, it offers 500 minutes of all-network voice calls, 8 GB of anytime data, 4 GB of night data, and 100 all-network SMS.
Namaste Recurring 799 – The premium package costs Rs 799 and includes unlimited all-network voice calls, 10 GB of data per day (up to 300 GB per month), and 300 all-network SMS.
To provide additional flexibility, Nepal Telecom has also introduced add-on data packs for subscribers. Customers can purchase 1 GB for one day at Rs 30, 2 GB for three days at Rs 50, or 4 GB for seven days at Rs 99, depending on their data requirements.
The new recurring subscription model is expected to simplify package management and ensure uninterrupted connectivity for prepaid customers.
