Nepali Film ‘Gauthali’ Earns Over Rs 74.2 Million in 10 Days; How Are Other Movies Performing?
Director Kapil Rijal’s Nepali film ‘Gauthali’ has achieved an impressive box office performance, collecting over Rs 74.2 million in gross revenue within its first 10 days of release.
Nepali movie ‘Gauthali’ has recorded a strong performance at the box office within just 10 days of its release.
According to data released by the Film Development Board, director Kapil Rijal’s movie ‘Gauthali’ has earned a total gross revenue of Rs 74.27 million (Rs 7 crore 42 lakh 73 thousand 859) by the second Sunday of its theatrical run.
During this period, the movie sold 260,254 tickets across cinemas.
The film was released on Shrawan 1 and features Arun Chhetri and Simran Khadka in leading roles. The movie is produced by Suman Giri and Kapil Rijal.
Meanwhile, the Film Development Board has also released box office figures for two other Nepali movies.
According to the report, ‘Roll No. 1’ has collected a gross revenue of Rs 17.85 million (Rs 1 crore 78 lakh 51 thousand 698) so far. Similarly, ‘Bhagdoud’ has earned a gross revenue of Rs 100,195.
