NEPSE Falls by 6.31 Points, Over Rs 4 Billion Turnover Recorded
Nepal’s stock market closed lower on Tuesday as the NEPSE index dropped by 6.31 points to 2,705.45.

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) declined again on Tuesday, falling by 6.31 points.
At the close of trading, the NEPSE index stood at 2,705.45 points. In today’s session, share prices of 177 companies declined, while 80 companies saw gains. Prices of 15 companies remained unchanged.
The Sensitive Index also fell by 1.48 points to 464.64. Out of 13 sub-indices, 11 closed in negative territory, while only 2 posted gains.
Despite the decline, total market turnover exceeded Rs 4 billion. A total of 1,07,08,596 shares of 355 companies were traded 48,116 times, amounting to Rs 4,04,78,58,084.
Two companies hit a positive circuit during the trading session.
