NEPSE Publishes List of 7 Companies Set to Issue Shares via Book Building Method
NEPSE has released an updated list of seven companies preparing to issue shares through the book building method for institutional investors

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published an updated list of companies that have signed agreements to issue shares through the book building method. The process is being carried out under the Book Building Guidelines 2020, which allows price discovery through institutional investor participation.
According to NEPSE, the shares are specifically reserved for qualified institutional investors as part of the bidding process. The initiative covers companies from sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, and agriculture.
The seven companies included in the list are:
Yeti Brewery Limited – 860,800 shares
Norvic International Hospital and Medical College Limited – 816,480 shares
Jagdamba Spinning Mills Limited – 1,800,000 shares
Time Pharmaceuticals Limited – 434,600 shares
Laxmi Steels Limited – 1,800,000 shares
Purbanchal Lube Oil Limited – 600,000 shares
Nepal Tea Development Corporation Limited – 240,000 shares
NEPSE stated that the agreements were signed between October 2024 and April 2026, depending on the respective companies.
This update aims to inform investors and stakeholders about the current status of upcoming equity issuances and the companies moving forward with the formal book building process.
