NIC Asia Bank Invites Bids to Sell 200,000 Promoter Shares of SuryaJyoti Life
NIC Asia Bank has announced the sale of 200,000 promoter shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance through sealed bids.
NIC Asia Bank Limited has invited sealed bids to sell 200,000 promoter shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited held under its ownership.
Interested and eligible investors can submit their bids from Chaitra 26 to Baisakh 3 within office hours. The minimum price for the shares has been set at Rs. 175 per unit.
Investors must apply for a minimum of 5,000 units, while there is no upper limit for application.
Bid application forms can be obtained and submitted at NIC Asia Capital Limited, Trade Tower Thapathali, the bank’s corporate office, and designated branches across the country.
Collection centers have been arranged in Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet. NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the sale.
