NIC Asia Capital Approves 50% Cash Dividend at 10th AGM
NIC Asia Capital has approved a 50% cash dividend, including taxes, at its 10th AGM held at the company’s registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu.

NIC Asia Capital Limited has concluded its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approved a 50% cash dividend, including taxes, on its paid-up capital.
The AGM was held at the company’s registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu. Shareholders also approved the company’s board report and annual financial statements for FY 2082/83.
NIC Asia Capital has a paid-up capital of Rs. 20 crore. During the review year, the company reported income of more than Rs. 28.98 crore and a net profit of over Rs. 10.51 crore.
As of the end of Ashadh 2083, the company had opened more than 863,000 Demat accounts. It manages over Rs. 7 arba through six mutual fund schemes, comprising four closed-ended and two open-ended funds.
Through its portfolio management service, NIC Asia Capital manages more than Rs. 3 arba for 710 clients.
The company currently provides share registrar services to 24 companies and has completed issue-related work for 25 companies through its issue management services.
With the latest dividend included, NIC Asia Capital stated that it has distributed a total return of 340% to its shareholders to date.
