A total of 19,43,698 units of 10.25% NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84 (NICD83/84) have been delisted from the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

The 10.25% NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84 is scheduled to mature on Bhadra 10, 2083. The debenture offered investors a fixed 10.25% annual return throughout its tenure.

With the debenture reaching maturity, NIC Asia Bank Limited will refund the principal amount and distribute the applicable interest to the debenture holders. The payment will be made through the bank’s branch network.

The delisting means that the NICD83/84 units will no longer be available for trading on NEPSE. The instrument has completed its tenure ahead of the scheduled maturity and will now move toward the repayment and interest distribution process.

Debenture holders seeking details regarding the principal refund, interest payment and related procedures can contact or visit the nearest NIC Asia Bank branch.

The bank has specifically advised unitholders to contact its Thapathali, Kathmandu branch or their nearest NIC Asia branch for further information.

The 10.25% NIC Asia Debenture 2083/84 was a fixed-income investment instrument that provided holders with a predetermined annual return. With its maturity approaching, investors will receive the principal and interest according to the terms of the debenture.
