NIFRA to Auction 1.08 Million Promoter Shares Starting Today

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has opened an auction for the sale of 1,080,000 units of promoter shares held by its existing promoters.
According to the notice, the promoter shares are being auctioned to individual investors, companies, and institutional investors. Interested bidders are required to submit their bids within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The auction notice was published on Magh 21, 2082, and the final date to submit bids is Falgun 19, 2082. Investors wishing to participate in the auction must submit their bidding applications at NIFRA’s central office located in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
