Nilgiri Khola Hydropower Company Limited is preparing to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public. The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for Bhadra 17, 2083, to discuss the IPO proposal and other key corporate matters.

The company has published a second notice announcing the date, time and agenda of the AGM. The meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, Bhadra 17, at Aloft Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu.

The meeting will discuss the company’s annual progress report and audited financial statements for fiscal year 2082/83.

The AGM will also consider the appointment of an auditor for fiscal year 2083/84 and determine the auditor’s remuneration.

Among the key proposals, the company will seek approval for the dividend proposed by its Board of Directors. It will also present a proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.

If approved by the AGM, the company can proceed with the necessary regulatory and procedural steps for the IPO. However, the actual issuance will be subject to approval from the relevant regulatory authorities and completion of the required process.

The company has also stated that other and miscellaneous matters will be discussed during the meeting.
