NIMB Partners with Sajha Yatayat for Digital Bus Ticketing
Nepal Investment Mega Bank has partnered with Sajha Yatayat as its payment partner, supporting digital ticketing and cashless fare payments across Sajha buses.
Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIMB) has partnered with Sajha Yatayat to support the cooperative’s digital ticketing system for public buses.
Under the partnership, NIMB will serve as the payment partner, enabling passengers to make fare payments through digital channels. Sajha buses will use NIMB’s point-of-sale (POS) machines to issue tickets and accept payments through cards and other digital methods.
The partnership is part of Sajha Yatayat’s expansion of digital services, which includes a modern command and control centre and cashless ticketing facilities.
The digital ticketing system is designed to support multiple payment methods and reduce reliance on cash transactions.
The partnership is expected to expand digital payment access in public transportation while making fare collection more transparent and convenient for passengers.
