Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has issued an urgent public notice requesting all active account holders to update or link their National Identity Card (NID) details with the bank. The requirement is being implemented in compliance with directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).

According to the notice, customers who have not yet linked or updated their NID details with the bank are required to complete the process by the end of Ashwin 2083, which falls around mid-October 2026.

Customers can update their NID information by visiting their nearest NIMB branch. The bank has also provided a digital option through the NIMB Smart mobile banking application.
