NMB Bank Urges Shareholders to Claim Unpaid Cash Dividends, Details Claim Process

NMB Bank Limited has issued a public notice regarding unclaimed cash dividends declared in previous fiscal years and has urged eligible shareholders to complete the required procedures to collect their outstanding amounts.

Cash Dividends Up to FY 2074/075

In accordance with the prevailing Companies Act, unclaimed cash dividends distributed up to Fiscal Year 2074/075 have been transferred to the Investor Protection Fund (Laganikarta Sanrakshan Kosh).

Shareholders who are entitled to dividends up to FY 2074/075 are required to claim their outstanding amounts directly from the Investor Protection Fund.

Cash Dividends for FY 2075/076

Shareholders who have not yet collected their cash dividends for FY 2075/076 have been requested to submit their claims within one month from the date of publication of the notice.

Dividends From FY 2076/077 Onwards

Shareholders with uncollected cash dividends from FY 2076/077 onwards have been advised to contact the bank’s issue manager, NMB Capital Limited, to complete the dividend collection process.
