NMB Capital Appointed as Share Registrar of Sopan Pharmaceuticals
Sopan Pharmaceuticals has appointed NMB Capital as its share registrar, responsible for managing all shareholder records and related services.
Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited has appointed NMB Capital Limited as its official share registrar, effective from Baisakh 21.
Under this arrangement, NMB Capital will handle all securities-related administrative services, including record maintenance, transfers, name changes, share freezes, and shareholder database updates.
Earlier, the company issued 3,474,900 IPO shares to the public between Baisakh 3 and 8, with allotment completed on Baisakh 17.
The IPO was approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Falgun 17.
Following credit to investors’ demat accounts and listing on NEPSE, trading of the company’s shares in the secondary market will begin.
