ORA Launches World-Class Skincare Products in Nepal with Rs. 350 Million Investment

World-class skincare products are now being manufactured in Nepal through a collaboration between Korean technology and Nepali entrepreneurship. Nepali skincare brand ORA has established a production facility in Imadol, Lalitpur, with an investment of Rs. 350 million.

According to the company, the products are developed using Korean scientific research, advanced technology, and high-quality raw materials to meet international standards while being produced locally in Nepal.

Vinod Kunwar, Chief of NK Cosmetic Pvt. Ltd. and former President of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), said the company was established with the goal of providing Nepali consumers with premium international-quality skincare products at affordable prices.

The company has already introduced nine major skincare products to the market and plans to launch an additional 10 to 15 products in the near future.

As production capacity expands, the company expects to manufacture more than 100 varieties of cosmetics, skincare products, and personal care items from its own facility.

ORA was established through a joint collaboration between Nepali and Korean entrepreneurs. During a press conference, skincare expert Jeho Hur highlighted his role in supporting product development and ensuring international quality standards.

The company currently employs 25 Nepali professionals across management, production, marketing, and sales departments, contributing to local employment generation and the growth of Nepal’s cosmetics manufacturing industry.
