More than 20.53 million shares of Hathway Investment Nepal are set to exit their lock-in period after Ashoj 2.

Hathway Investment Nepal Limited is set to see the lock-in period of 20,533,500 shares expire after Ashoj 2. These shares have remained under lock-in since the company distributed its IPO to the general public on Ashoj 2, 2080.
Following the expiry, 20,475,000 promoter shares and 58,500 employee shares will become eligible for trading in the secondary market. However, shares held by directors and employees occupying senior management positions who have ownership stakes in the company will remain restricted from trading.
Public records also show that Hathway Investment Nepal had issued shares to the general public, employees and mutual funds as part of its IPO process.
