Prabhu Bank Limited has opened the sale of 41,900 founder shares to the general public after the shares remained unsubscribed by existing founder shareholders.

Prabhu Bank Limited has opened the sale of 41,900 founder shares to the general public.
The shares were initially offered exclusively to the bank's existing founder shareholders. However, after they remained unsubscribed within the designated period, the bank decided to open the sale to other interested individuals and institutions.
According to the bank, the shares available for sale include 11,087 shares held by Kiran Devi Agrawal, 17,234 shares held by Raj Kumar Thapa, and 13,579 shares held by Ebrax International Pvt. Ltd.
Interested individuals and institutions may submit their applications within 15 days from Shrawan 13, along with the required documents.
Applications must be submitted to the Central Office of Prabhu Bank at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
The bank stated that the founder share transfer process will proceed in accordance with prevailing regulations based on the applications received within the specified deadline.
