Prabhu Insurance Holds AGM Today; Proposes 9.16% Dividend
Prabhu Insurance is holding its AGM today, proposing a total dividend of 9.16% including bonus shares.
Prabhu Insurance Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Baishakh 9) at its head office in Tinkune, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM.
The main agenda of the meeting is the approval of dividend distribution from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82. The company has proposed a total dividend of 9.1679%, including 8.7% bonus shares and 0.4679% cash dividend for tax purposes.
Shareholders will receive the dividend only after the proposal is approved during the AGM.
The company had closed its books on Chaitra 26 for AGM purposes. Therefore, only shareholders holding shares until Chaitra 25 are eligible to attend the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
