The Simalpani observation station in Arghakhanchi recorded the highest rainfall, measuring 58.2 millimeters, which is classified as heavy rainfall.
The department has also reported moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, strong winds, and hail in parts of the Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
