Rastriya Banijya Bank has officially launched an online system for collateral freeze and release services.

Aligned with the government’s governance reform agenda, the bank has digitized the service to make it faceless, time-bound, and fully digital.

Through this system, the process of freezing and releasing land collateral can now be completed entirely online. The bank has already completed over 800 such transactions through the system.

Previously, an agreement was signed between the Department of Land Management and Archives and Rastriya Banijya Bank to facilitate this service.

According to the bank, the new system is expected to make the process faster, more transparent, and more convenient, while also saving time and cost and improving customer satisfaction.
