RBB Merchant Banking Limited has announced cash dividends for unit holders of two mutual fund schemes, RBB Mutual Fund 1 (RMF1) and RBB Mutual Fund 2 (RMF2).

Unit holders of RBB Mutual Fund 1 will receive a 2.75% cash dividend, including applicable tax.

Similarly, RBB Mutual Fund 2 has announced a 6% cash dividend, including applicable tax.

Important Dates

The book closure date is Ashwin 12, with the register closed for one day for the purpose of dividend distribution.

Unit holders who hold the respective units and have traded them on NEPSE up to Ashwin 8 will be eligible to receive the announced dividends.
