Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2 Opens from Baisakh 29; 100 Million Units Offered to Public
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited is launching its closed-end mutual fund “Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2” with 10 crore units from Baisakh 29.
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited has announced the public issue of its closed-ended mutual fund scheme “Reliable Samriddhi Yojana-2.”
The subscription will open from Baisakh 29 to Jestha 1, with a provision to extend the deadline until Jestha 12 if the issue remains undersubscribed.
The scheme will issue a total of 100 million units. Out of this, 14% (14 million units) have been allocated to the scheme manager, Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited, and 1% (1 million units) to the fund sponsor, Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited.
The remaining 85 million units will be offered to the general public and institutional investors.
As a closed-end fund, investors can apply only during the subscription period, with a minimum application of 100 units and a maximum limit of 10 million units.
The scheme is expected to provide diversified investment opportunities and contribute to the growth of Nepal’s capital market.
