Ridge Line Energy Limited is set to establish a wholly owned subsidiary to develop the 12.504 MW Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project.

A meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on Ashoj 13 decided to establish a proposed subsidiary named Ridge Power Limited to carry out the survey, study, and construction of the Maiwa Khola Hydropower Project.

The company has already obtained a survey license for the project for electricity generation. Development and construction activities of the project will now be carried forward through the newly established subsidiary.
