RSDC Laghubitta Proposes 9.4% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has proposed a 9.4% cash dividend worth approximately Rs. 9.72 crore for FY 2082/83.
RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has proposed a 9.4% cash dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2082/83.
A meeting of the company's Board of Directors held on Kartik 15, 2083, decided to distribute a 9.4% cash dividend, including tax, based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 1.03 billion. The proposed dividend amounts to approximately Rs. 9.72 crore.
However, shareholders will receive the dividend only after it is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and endorsed by the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
As of the time of the report, RSDC's last traded price (LTP) on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) stood at Rs. 630 per share.
