RSP Intensifies First General Convention Preparations, Forms Main Organizing Committee Under Rabi Lamichhane

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has intensified preparations for its first-ever general convention, scheduled to take place in Chitwan from June 21 to June 23.

To ensure smooth and well-managed execution of the historic event, the party has formed a main organizing committee under the leadership of party chairman Rabi Lamichhane.

According to party spokesperson Manish Jha, the committee has been tasked with making arrangements for a grand and organized convention.

The committee includes Vice Chair and Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle, General Secretaries Kavindra Burlakoti and Bhupdev Shah, Joint General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya, Treasurer Lima Adhikari, Deputy Treasurer Basumaya Tamang, spokesperson Manish Jha, and secretariat members Biraj Bhakta Shrestha and Deepak Raj Bohora.

Other members include Ganesh Parajuli, Law Minister Sobita Gautam, Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal, Hari Dhakal, Sarita Giri (Gnyawali), and Sagar Dhakal.

The party has also expanded the committee to include all central committee members and provincial chairpersons from all seven provinces to ensure full representation in the organizing structure.

The RSP leadership says the convention will be a landmark event in the party’s organizational history, shaping its future political direction.
